1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ku9com ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the ku9com website accessible at ku9com.vip, including all games, betting markets, promotions, customer support services, and payment facilities offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing any game, placing a wager, or using any feature of the ku9com platform, you irrevocably accept these Terms in their entirety. You also acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of these Terms by incorporation.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on ku9com, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the date of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal person registering on behalf of another party.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by ku9com for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as an agent, affiliate, or representative of a competing gambling platform.

ku9com reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close an existing account if we reasonably believe that any of the eligibility criteria above are not satisfied. We may request supporting documentation — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time and without prior notice.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held on the account.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ku9com will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your account credentials with any other person.

Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ku9com immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

ku9com is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

ku9com accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment provider limits may apply.

Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ku9com is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, network outages, or maintenance windows.

All funds deposited into your ku9com account must belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another player or using payment methods that do not belong to you is strictly prohibited. Deposits found to originate from third-party payment sources will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

ku9com reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant payment method changes to active players via email or platform notification.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your account dashboard, provided your account has passed the required verification checks. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, and only to accounts that are registered in your own name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts typically receive funds within five minutes of approval during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform activity, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

ku9com reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where:

• The account verification process has not been completed.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• The withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement.
• The account is subject to an ongoing investigation by ku9com's compliance team.

Withdrawal fees are not charged by ku9com. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ku9com's control.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, ku9com offers bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which are published alongside each promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before a withdrawal can be requested.

7. Games, Betting, and Fair Play

All games available on ku9com use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcome of every game round is independent of previous rounds and is not influenced by the player's account status, balance, or wagering history.

Sports betting markets are offered at ku9com's discretion. Odds are subject to change up until the time of the event. ku9com reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where the result of the event is determined by factors outside the normal rules of the sport.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ku9com platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players, game operators, or any third party to influence the outcome of a game or bet.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to conceal the origin of funds.

ku9com employs real-time monitoring tools to detect suspicious betting patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ku9com reserves the right to void affected bets, seize winnings, and close the account with immediate effect.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ku9com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• The player is found to be under the age of 21.
• The account is linked to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• The account is identified as a duplicate of another account held by the same player.
• The player requests self-exclusion under ku9com's Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ku9com platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ku9com or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any content from the ku9com platform without our prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or any automated collection of content from the platform is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ku9com excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Any technical errors, game malfunctions, or connectivity issues that result in a game round being voided or a bet being unsettled.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

Where a game malfunctions or fails to complete correctly, ku9com will void the affected round and return the player's stake to their gaming wallet. This is the player's sole remedy in such circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits ku9com's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ku9com collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. It may be shared with trusted service providers (including payment processors and identity verification services) only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

12. Responsible Gaming

14. Miscellaneous

No waiver by ku9com of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ku9com in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, or agreements.
